Shirley Carethers, Marketing Specialist

Shirley joined iGROUP in January 2010 as a Marketing Specialist. She has more than three decades of experience in the life insurance industry working for companies such as Nationwide Insurance and Old Mutual Financial Network, where she held numerous management positions in sales support, marketing, operations, and field relations. Shirley’s proven sales and account relationship experience coupled with her knowledge of many core life carriers and their business model puts her in the perfect position to assist the iGROUP Marketing Organizations grow their business. Shirley holds a business and marketing degree, as well as her FLMI and ACS insurance designations.

Kelly Walsh, Marketing Associate

Kelly Walsh joined iGROUP in May, 2010 as a Marketing Support Associate. With over 18 years experience in marketing, operations management, sales support and field training, Kelly brings a wealth of experience to ensure top level service and professionalism to our agencies. From 2002 through 2009, Kelly held various management roles at Old Mutual Financial Network’s home office. Her experience included conducting field training and developing sales teams to assist agents in increasing sales. Previous to her role at Old Mutual Financial Network, Kelly worked for 10 years in the sales and marketing home office at Conseco, Inc. She has completed 5 of the 8 courses for her CLU designation.
